Heritage Association of Frisco Historical Markers

The Heritage Association has a program to place markers on historic items in the city of Frisco. If you would like to sponsor a marker for a historic location or have one installed on your historic location, you are welcome to contact our markers committee.

To date the Historical Association has placed a Historical Markers at the following locations:

Frisco High School, 6942 Maple St. First Guaranty State Bank, 6891 Main St. Heritage Courtyard, 6728 Maple St. Tracy King Tree, 7175 Maple St. McIntyre/Montgomery Bldg, 6991 Main St. Frisco water tower, 7th St. Dow Baccus House, 7546 Oak St. C. J. Hill House, 7111 Elm St. Carpenter Bros. Ford, 6990 Main St. Grove of Spanish Oaks, Starwood Hamilton School, First St. Park Methodist Arbor, Bethel Cemetery, CR 710 The Picture Show, Main Street First Baptist Church, 7185 Main St. T. J. Campbell House, 7026 Main St. Frisco Youth Center The Fletcher House, 7604 Oak St. The Biggerstaff House, 7210 Oak Street Dunaway Family Cemetery, The Dunaway Family Cemetery is located in the Hillcrest/Lebanon Addition and is maintained by the Home Owners Association there. To reach the site go East off Preston Rd. onto Lebanon Rd. Go past Ohio St. and turn right (south) on Colby Rd. which runs on the West side of Clark Middle School. Take the first right turn onto Nightfall Rd. and continue West to Heron Rd. and the cemetery is right there.
