Volunteers for the Museum

Currently we have need for "Greeters" who will greet museum visitors, answer questions, and keep an eye on the exhibits.

Docent and Demonstrator training is being developed for the tasks shown below. If there are areas you would want to work in please contact the volunteer coordinator. There will always be a need for volunteers, so if you can't volunteer now, do keep us in mind.

  • Operating small letter press
  • Demonstrating spinning wheel
  • Demonstrating the loom
  • Demonstrating the cotton gin
  • Docents
  • Hosting tours

Thank you so much for your interest and we look forward to your participation.
