Carver, Edna Earle was born on November 7, 1926 in Frisco, Texas and passed away on August 20, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, J.E. Johnson and Maggie Sumners Johnson; husband, Jasper Carver; and son-in-law, Alan Everett. Edna is survived by her three daughters, Jan Lynn Smith and husband, Lloyd of Arlington; Judy Kay Everett of Rowlett and Joan Ann Tucker and husband, Aubin of Dallas; grandchildren, Adam Everett and wife, Lauren; Julie Ann Ward and husband, Jeff; Angela Williams and husband, Jonathan; Jay Smith and wife, Kristen; two great grandchildren, Cole Williams and Pierson Everett; sister, Loreda Dinsmore of Fort Worth; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 24, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home at 6:00-8:00 PM. Services will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM in Restland Memorial Chapel, and will be officiated by; Rev. Jan Davis, Rev. Dretha Burris and Rev. Buist Wilson of First United Methodist Church in Rowlett. In lieu of flowers make donations to American Cancer Society or Dallas Police Department- Widows and Orphan Fund.
