Wounded in Action:  1918, Exact Date Unknown

Corporal Franklin H. Chandler (March 2, 1888 – April 25, 1955) served with the 59th Infantry Regiment, 4th Division during World War I and was wounded in Europe in 1918.  We do not yet have the exact date he was wounded, but he was listed on a casualty transport from France to New York on 24 July 1919.  He married and raised a family in the Frisco area and is buried with his wife in Little Elm Cemetery.
