Charlene Mays Cobb, age 85 of Frisco, Texas passed away on June 10, 2012 in Frisco. She was born on March 31, 1927 in Dallas, Texas to Walter D. and Thelma (Kerley) Mays. Charlene married Robert J. Cobb on April 18, 1945 in Frisco, Texas. She was a Homemaker; a member of the First Baptist Church of Frisco and member of the Heritage Association of Frisco.

Charlene is survived by her sons, Jerry Cobb and his wife, Linda of Frisco, Texas, Scott Cobb and wife, Stefanie of Cranfills Gap, Texas, Chris Cobb and his wife, Pam of Cranfills Gap, Texas; grandchildren, Natalie Koehler and husband, Sean, Casey Cobb and fiancé, Becca, Clint Cobb and fiancé, Angie, Matt Cobb and wife, Rachel, Tai Klam and husband, John, Zach Cobb and wife, Tracey; great-grandchildren, Christopher Cobb, Case Koehler, Carson Koehler, Kate Klam, Caisyn Cobb, Tripp Klam; sister-in-law, Reba Cobb Carroll; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter (Dot) and Thelma Kerley Mays; husband, Robert Cobb; daughter-in-law, Ellen Cobb; twin sister, Anna Jean Mays Francis.

The family will receive friends at a Visitation to be held at the First Baptist Church of Frisco on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas.
