A ceremony to dedicate an HAF historical plaque at the home of Dr. Isaac Stewart Rogers is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009. The house is at 6991 Maple Street.

Dr. Rogers was Frisco’s first doctor and first mayor.
